(Hewhoderzwins) Hey My name is Alex Ward i am 17 studing media and st andrews school surrey.
I am creating a magazine for my media maqazine is Alt Rock The target audience is 18-30 Uni and post uni students.
Aim for my magazine
The aim of my magazine is to be a new contemporary indie/alternative rock magazine that is showing a lifestyle rather than just the music it’s self. The magazine is to show the face of indie music to the world but also other aspects of the indie fans life like extreme sports and entertainment. The magazine is a rounded music magazine for a contemporary audience aged 18-30 university student with limited income interested in the Alternative rock genre but with an interest in other things other than music. The magazine will be clean looking simple to read and a pick up and flick magazine.
Hey, I'm Jade
My Magazine is called Fusion
A mixture of old & new music
My Target audience
Similar to a Q reader. Age ranged 16-26. My target reader will be males and females, but predominately male because my female readers will read more lifestyle magazines, such as Glamour which will sometimes have a section on Music, therefore with the female readers there is more competition. My magazine has elements of lifestyle in it, which is similar to Q magazine. =)
